Welcome to Project Neurofit!

Walk to End Alzheimer’s® in Miami

This year, I started a team called Project Neurofit for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Miami on November 15, 2025. I’m walking in honor of all the families affected by Alzheimer’s.

If you want to support this cause, you can join my team or donate to help fund Alzheimer’s research, care, and support.

Project Neurofit

This site is all about keeping minds strong, especially for older adults, through  Neurobics, or brain exercises. Whether it’s doing a puzzle, walking a new route, brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand, or learning new words, these little challenges can help keep our brains sharp.

I’ve made this site for anyone who wants to learn, get involved, and try brain-boosting activities.

Project Neurofit Keeping Minds Strong for Life

Hi! I’m Alina, a high school student, Girl Scout, and president of my school Key Club. But one of the most important things to me is spending time with my grandparents. I’m lucky to have four amazing abuelos and abuelas: Abu Rey, Aya Carmen, Abu Ote, and Aya Gladys. I’ve always been super close to them. We share stories, laugh a lot, and they’ve taught me so much about life.

As they’ve gotten older, I’ve realized how important it is for them to keep their minds healthy for them to stay happy and independent. That’s when I learned about Neurobics. Neurobics are basically brain workouts made from simple, fun activities. They’re easy to do and can really help improve memory, focus, and brain strength.

So, I created Project Neurofit to help seniors keep their minds active through easy exercises, games, and brain challenges.
